I was a bit disappointed that the rooms didn't seem to be vacuumed often, but they were very nice with plenty of room and clean. The room wasn't ready when I arrived, but it was well provisioned with towels and a clean bed.

The hotel rooms reminded me of a spring break hotel room; they were very dated, scuffed, and worn, but clean enough. However, there were issues with cleanliness upon check-in, with the second room having faulty lights and a poorly spaced balcony. The service took care of both issues quickly and courteously, being professional, well-mannered, helpful, and very polite. The location was convenient with various dining options, a movie theater, and easy access to downtown and Worlds of Fun amusement park. The dining options were average, with some closures and pricing discrepancies, but offering grilled dishes. The facilities overall were decent.
